While thtere are quite a few versions of the Kanban Pizza game, I created a customized version of the same for ScrumBan teams where the teams are working in time box and with specific roles like SM, PO but the work is executed more on Kanban fashion. Meaning, there is no estimation and work is executed more SLA (Service Level Agreement) time bound activity.
